Whether you're a total beginner or looking to refine your skills, you'll learn: ✔️ How to fall safely (so you feel confident trying!) ✔️ Simple drills to improve strength & flexibility ✔️ Different ways to get into a handstand ✔️ Personalized tips to help you progress 🔹 Who can join? If you can hold a 30-second plank and are injury-free, you're good to go! 🔹 What to expect? A guided session with warm-up, technique practice, assisted handstands, and a relaxing cool-down.
