Guided through transformative breathing flows, you'll shed mental clutter, reestablishing a profound connection within. By regulating the nervous system, our goal is to usher you into a state of deep relaxation, restoring harmony and clarity. Embark on this journey to harness the transformative potential of your breath." This class is suitable for everybody. Martin Petrus is a Breathwork & Yoga Teacher, Freediving Instructor. After meeting Wim Hof, Martin was inspired to learn more about the benefits of breathing patterns to manage both mental and emotional states. He has extended this learning to incorporate respiratory physiology, as developed by Patrick McKeown, the founder of Oxygen Advantage.
